Narrative:

After landing the aircraft, my student remained on runway 28R, then turned left on runway 23, then made a left turn on runway 28L thinking it was a taxiway G. I saw the aircraft that was on final to 28L, and then expedited to the nearest taxiway, C, to my right. Runway 28L, at the intersection of 23 and 28L, should be marked in some way. The controller should have had the aircraft on 28L go around a lot sooner. The controller spent too much time trying to get our aircraft off the runway. We took the fastest, shortest route off of 28L, which was taxiway C.

Title: INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT TURN DOWN PARALLEL RWY INSTEAD OF TXWY AFTER LNDG.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG THE ACFT, MY STUDENT REMAINED ON RWY 28R, THEN TURNED LEFT ON RWY 23, THEN MADE A LEFT TURN ON RWY 28L THINKING IT WAS A TXWY G. I SAW THE ACFT THAT WAS ON FINAL TO 28L, AND THEN EXPEDITED TO THE NEAREST TXWY, C, TO MY RIGHT. RWY 28L, AT THE INTXN OF 23 AND 28L, SHOULD BE MARKED IN SOME WAY. THE CTLR SHOULD HAVE HAD THE ACFT ON 28L GO AROUND A LOT SOONER. THE CTLR SPENT TOO MUCH TIME TRYING TO GET OUR ACFT OFF THE RWY. WE TOOK THE FASTEST, SHORTEST ROUTE OFF OF 28L, WHICH WAS TXWY C.
