Narrative:
In flight I received an acars message that revised our zero fuel weight. The new weight was 1;100 pounds more. No adverse conditions were caused by the error. Upon landing; I was advised that the system computers were dropping bags out of the calculations with no indication to the operators.

Title: B737-700 flight crew was advised one hour into flight that their zero fuel weight had gone up by 1;100 pounds due to a computer glitch.
