Narrative:
1) upon takeoff roll at rotation speed nose of aircraft slow to rotate. Aborted takeoff. 2) returned to gate to find out that aircraft was improperly loaded. 3) on tape from load planner mac trim was transmitted on radio as 9.4 mac (niner point 4). Crew understood it to be (nineteen point 4) over cockpit speaker. Wrong mac setting. 4) company to adopt new policy for crews to read back to load planner aircraft tail number, aircraft mac, aircraft zero fuel weight. After numbers are received by crew.

Narrative: 1) UPON TKOF ROLL AT ROTATION SPEED NOSE OF ACFT SLOW TO ROTATE. ABORTED TKOF. 2) RETURNED TO GATE TO FIND OUT THAT ACFT WAS IMPROPERLY LOADED. 3) ON TAPE FROM LOAD PLANNER MAC TRIM WAS TRANSMITTED ON RADIO AS 9.4 MAC (NINER POINT 4). CREW UNDERSTOOD IT TO BE (NINETEEN POINT 4) OVER COCKPIT SPEAKER.
