Narrative:

Flight attendant (flight attendant) 1; 2 & 4 arrived at the airport and were stranded at security due to the fact our general declarations was not provided to security check and we needed to wait till ground submitted to security. The pilots and flight attendant 3 all came from the inbound flight thus they were already on board. When we arrived they were already boarding and some passengers were already on board. I told the captain we cannot board without a minimum crew and we need to deplane and do another security sweep. I advised him it is security violation and far violation. Flight attendant#3 said she did not agree and many times informed both the ground supervisor and the captain in front of the first officer they cannot board and should not board until the far minimum crew requirements is met. She was totally ignored and I was too. The captain insisted it is ok and I repeatedly said to him it is not and I will not violate far. The other flight attendants were all in disbelief. The captain overstep his authority and violated far.I am not sure what transpired between the ground supervisor; the captain; the first officer and flight attendant #3. She told me she was helpless. She will be in a better position to report the incident prior to our arrival. I can tell in her demeanor she was very upset.the ground crew told #3 the they were given a go signal by me to board without us while we were waiting to be cleared. I don't appreciate the lying and using us as scape goats to wrongdoings.I informed the male supervisor before closing that I will file an as soon as possible report so they know.there should be a rigid training on the importance of security and the captain to respect far/FAA and not violate it. Flight attendants should be heard and not ignored; respected and not pushed because of their authority.flight attendants are the first line of defense in any given situation inflight yet powerless even in a situation where the pilots imposed their authority when it is blatantly a violation.
