Narrative:

On 1/sat/90 I departed the grand prairie municipal airport at about XX15 local time. I climbed to 2000' MSL and circumvented the TCA and applicable airport traffic areas while I made my way toward the vicinity of my house. While approaching my house from the south, I descended to 1700' MSL and then proceeded to circle my neighborhood twice. While circling my neighborhood, if my altitude dropped below 17000' MSL, it was purely unintentional and at no time did I deliberately violate any part of the far's, nor did I deliberately perform any action that would impair air safety and/or the safety of those on the ground. I am submitting this report on a timely basis to indicate my willingness to promote and comply with air safety related regulations and standards.

Title: GA SMA LOW LEVEL CIRCLING OVER HOME.

Narrative: ON 1/SAT/90 I DEPARTED THE GRAND PRAIRIE MUNI ARPT AT ABOUT XX15 LCL TIME. I CLBED TO 2000' MSL AND CIRCUMVENTED THE TCA AND APPLICABLE ARPT TFC AREAS WHILE I MADE MY WAY TOWARD THE VICINITY OF MY HOUSE. WHILE APCHING MY HOUSE FROM THE S, I DSNDED TO 1700' MSL AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CIRCLE MY NEIGHBORHOOD TWICE. WHILE CIRCLING MY NEIGHBORHOOD, IF MY ALT DROPPED BELOW 17000' MSL, IT WAS PURELY UNINTENTIONAL AND AT NO TIME DID I DELIBERATELY VIOLATE ANY PART OF THE FAR'S, NOR DID I DELIBERATELY PERFORM ANY ACTION THAT WOULD IMPAIR AIR SAFETY AND/OR THE SAFETY OF THOSE ON THE GND. I AM SUBMITTING THIS RPT ON A TIMELY BASIS TO INDICATE MY WILLINGNESS TO PROMOTE AND COMPLY WITH AIR SAFETY RELATED REGS AND STANDARDS.
