Narrative:
Aircraft X on WAPPL2 arrival southeast of iah on vector for sequence into hou; aircraft Y on RITAA1 departure climbing utilizing prearranged coordination. I'm on gulf arrival and did not inform south departure that aircraft X was vectored left of course to follow aircraft on BAYYY2 arrival. This is a 2 part failure in the system; prearranged coordination should not impact aircraft in gulf arrivals airspace and if time permits gulf arrival must inform sectors utilizing prearranged coordination of aircraft deviating from arrival routes.gulf arrival must inform sectors utilizing prearranged coordination of aircraft deviating off the arrival in gulf arrival's airspace. Sectors utilizing prearranged coordination must not impact aircraft in the sectors they are climbing into.
