Narrative:
Small aircraft was given taxi instructions to runway 2. Small aircraft taxied off the south end of the terminal ramp and flipped over. Small aircraft was taxiing at a very fast speed. Also the south end of the ramp is neither marked with lights nor signs. Suggestion: mark the ramp with lights or signs and come up with a recommended taxi speed. At least slow enough to stop within the distance one can see.
