Narrative:
Arriving at grr we were told to enter holding over the ground OM. We held for over 1 hour and then told the RVR was 2400 to the ILS 26L. We were cleared for the approach and the RVR went to 2200 before the marker. We held again. This happened 2 or 3 times the RVR was up then the RVR was down. The tower closed and told us to contact center. We did and remained in holding. Center advised us the RVR was last reported 2400. I ask for ILS to 26L. We were cleared for the approach. We arrived at the OM and started our approach. I made a coupler approach. At 200' the second officer saw the lead-in lights. I looked up and saw the lead-in lights and the runway environment, started on down and saw the runway. I disconnected the autoplt and we were left of centerline on touch down. The left main gear hit a runway light on the asphalt. I brought the aircraft back to centerline and got a second runway light. I stopped the aircraft with normal procedures and parked. Inspected aircraft and no damage to the aircraft except for a line broken to anti-skid on left main gear. I wrote the damage up in the logbook and signed it. I called security at grr and told the officer what happened. The officer and my crew went out to the runway and found the 2 broken runway lights. I called my home base immediately and reported the incident.

Title: ACR LGT HIT RWY LIGHTS LNDG AT THE COMPLETION OF AN ILS APCH.
Narrative: ARRIVING AT GRR WE WERE TOLD TO ENTER HOLDING OVER THE GND OM. WE HELD FOR OVER 1 HR AND THEN TOLD THE RVR WAS 2400 TO THE ILS 26L. WE WERE CLRED FOR THE APCH AND THE RVR WENT TO 2200 BEFORE THE MARKER. WE HELD AGAIN. THIS HAPPENED 2 OR 3 TIMES THE RVR WAS UP THEN THE RVR WAS DOWN. THE TWR CLOSED AND TOLD US TO CONTACT CTR. WE DID AND REMAINED IN HOLDING. CTR ADVISED US THE RVR WAS LAST RPTED 2400. I ASK FOR ILS TO 26L. WE WERE CLRED FOR THE APCH. WE ARRIVED AT THE OM AND STARTED OUR APCH. I MADE A COUPLER APCH. AT 200' THE S/O SAW THE LEAD-IN LIGHTS. I LOOKED UP AND SAW THE LEAD-IN LIGHTS AND THE RWY ENVIRONMENT, STARTED ON DOWN AND SAW THE RWY. I DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT AND WE WERE L OF CTRLINE ON TOUCH DOWN. THE L MAIN GEAR HIT A RWY LIGHT ON THE ASPHALT. I BROUGHT THE ACFT BACK TO CTRLINE AND GOT A SECOND RWY LIGHT. I STOPPED THE ACFT WITH NORMAL PROCS AND PARKED. INSPECTED ACFT AND NO DAMAGE TO THE ACFT EXCEPT FOR A LINE BROKEN TO ANTI-SKID ON L MAIN GEAR. I WROTE THE DAMAGE UP IN THE LOGBOOK AND SIGNED IT. I CALLED SECURITY AT GRR AND TOLD THE OFFICER WHAT HAPPENED. THE OFFICER AND MY CREW WENT OUT TO THE RWY AND FOUND THE 2 BROKEN RWY LIGHTS. I CALLED MY HOME BASE IMMEDIATELY AND RPTED THE INCIDENT.
