Narrative:
Seattle new flow procedures were in effect. I opened sector 32. It was self training. I had not been trained on the new procedures. Air carrier X and air carrier Y were both on summa 3 SID. Normal procedure in the past had been to turn these aircraft as soon as clear of mt rainier (16400 mia) east. I did that. Both aircraft were handed off to sector 16. I was unaware that sector 47's airspace was a factor. Both aircraft entered sector 47 from sector 32. Sector 16 called and asked what I was doing. I didn't know. Recommendations: train controllers before major changes for safety.
