Narrative:
This was the fourth leg. We were taking off from helena, mt, where the airport is uncontrolled at this hour. We were departing after a 14 min ground time and the runway lights were on to the best of my knowledge during the takeoff roll. We, the crew, were fatigued due to the late night takeoff. This report is being filed due to a report that we departed west/O runway lights.

Narrative: THIS WAS THE FOURTH LEG. WE WERE TAKING OFF FROM HELENA, MT, WHERE THE ARPT IS UNCTLED AT THIS HR. WE WERE DEPARTING AFTER A 14 MIN GND TIME AND THE RWY LIGHTS WERE ON TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE DURING THE TKOF ROLL. WE, THE CREW, WERE FATIGUED DUE TO THE LATE NIGHT TKOF. THIS RPT IS BEING FILED DUE TO A RPT THAT WE DEPARTED W/O RWY LIGHTS.
