Narrative:
During descent to ord, we received and read back a clearance to 10000' MSL. As we were leveling at 10000' the controller told us to climb back to 11000' and that we had been cleared to 11000' originally. We climbed back to 11000' and the remainder of the flight was uneventful.

Narrative: DURING DSNT TO ORD, WE RECEIVED AND READ BACK A CLRNC TO 10000' MSL. AS WE WERE LEVELING AT 10000' THE CTLR TOLD US TO CLB BACK TO 11000' AND THAT WE HAD BEEN CLRED TO 11000' ORIGINALLY. WE CLBED BACK TO 11000' AND THE REMAINDER OF THE FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL.
