Narrative:
Prior to takeoff we announced our intentions for departures on unicom and we received a response from a truck that hadn't cleared the runway. As we watched the truck clear we announced intentions again to depart and there was no response, so we advanced power for takeoff and began rolling. During the takeoff roll I looked up and noticed a veh was still on the runway. We were at vr when we noticed the truck and it appeared to be still quite a ways down the runway, so we continued and there was no conflict. There appeared to be no light beacon on the veh and there was no response on unicom when we announced our intentions. We figure from the approach end he was 5000-6000' down the runway, so we had room to abort if need be, but it was a tense situation due to lack of communication and the restriction visibility due to heat waves. Also it was a dark colored veh and blended in well with the runway. Even after we flew over him, there was no response on the radio.
