Narrative:
While making a visibility approach to tus, the flaps and leading edge devices failed to extend normally. Used alternate flap operation for this abnormal operations. But was only able to get maximum of 10 degrees of flaps. The book recommended flaps for this operation is 15 degree. Landing was uneventful and taxied to gate.
