Narrative:
I was working on radar east departure/approach position when an fgt departed mcconnell AFB on a military SID. I called radar contact on his primary target as he was 1 mi south of mcconnell. However, I did not observe his secondary transponder-enhanced target. I was somewhat busy and traffic was building. The airspace I was working was then split off to another position. Shortly thereafter I was to be relieved from position. As I began briefing the other controller, I checked my flight plan strips and realized that I had lost radar contact on the fgt. When I informed the fgt and asked his position, the pilot told me that he was 24 DME from the mcconnell TACAN. This was approximately 3 mi inside my airspace. I instructed him to proceed direct mcconnell TACAN. After requesting flight data to send a departure message and make another computer entry, I requested the pilot to squawk code XXXX.

Title: ACFT ENTERED ANOTHER CTLR'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT PROPER COORD.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING ON RADAR E DEP/APCH POS WHEN AN FGT DEPARTED MCCONNELL AFB ON A MIL SID. I CALLED RADAR CONTACT ON HIS PRIMARY TARGET AS HE WAS 1 MI S OF MCCONNELL. HOWEVER, I DID NOT OBSERVE HIS SECONDARY XPONDER-ENHANCED TARGET. I WAS SOMEWHAT BUSY AND TFC WAS BUILDING. THE AIRSPACE I WAS WORKING WAS THEN SPLIT OFF TO ANOTHER POS. SHORTLY THEREAFTER I WAS TO BE RELIEVED FROM POS. AS I BEGAN BRIEFING THE OTHER CTLR, I CHKED MY FLT PLAN STRIPS AND REALIZED THAT I HAD LOST RADAR CONTACT ON THE FGT. WHEN I INFORMED THE FGT AND ASKED HIS POS, THE PLT TOLD ME THAT HE WAS 24 DME FROM THE MCCONNELL TACAN. THIS WAS APPROX 3 MI INSIDE MY AIRSPACE. I INSTRUCTED HIM TO PROCEED DIRECT MCCONNELL TACAN. AFTER REQUESTING FLT DATA TO SEND A DEP MESSAGE AND MAKE ANOTHER COMPUTER ENTRY, I REQUESTED THE PLT TO SQUAWK CODE XXXX.
