Narrative:
Relieved radar data/controller. Aircraft was untracked and I wasn't briefed of his presence. 1 min, 40 seconds later the aircraft entered another controller's airspace west/O prior coordination. They called me when the aircraft was inside their boundary.

Narrative: RELIEVED RADAR DATA/CTLR. ACFT WAS UNTRACKED AND I WASN'T BRIEFED OF HIS PRESENCE. 1 MIN, 40 SECS LATER THE ACFT ENTERED ANOTHER CTLR'S AIRSPACE W/O PRIOR COORD. THEY CALLED ME WHEN THE ACFT WAS INSIDE THEIR BOUNDARY.
