Small transport X cleared to land on runway 11L tus, while on short final had to switch to runway 11R at approximately 100' AGL due to a truck driving onto runway. Should not have let truck to trespass on active runway with aircraft on short final.

Narrative: SMT X CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 11L TUS, WHILE ON SHORT FINAL HAD TO SWITCH TO RWY 11R AT APPROX 100' AGL DUE TO A TRUCK DRIVING ONTO RWY. SHOULD NOT HAVE LET TRUCK TO TRESPASS ON ACTIVE RWY WITH ACFT ON SHORT FINAL.
