Narrative:
On hot and humid dog I flared and cut the power. As I did the plane stopped flying and landed hard I inadvertently released back pressure and came down hard on the nose wheel.

Title: PLT OF GA SMA STALLED THE ACFT DURING LNDG FLARE AND LANDED HARD ON THE NOSE WHEEL CAUSING ACFT DAMAGE.
Narrative: ON HOT AND HUMID DOG I FLARED AND CUT THE PWR. AS I DID THE PLANE STOPPED FLYING AND LANDED HARD I INADVERTENTLY RELEASED BACK PRESSURE AND CAME DOWN HARD ON THE NOSE WHEEL.
