Narrative:

During a snow storm in ZZZ; we pushed back deiced/anti-iced and proceeded to runway for takeoff. There was a sense of urgency as we were close to our block cco. All cold-weather procedures were observed though. At about 30-35 knots on takeoff roll; the right engine had a loud bang and a RPM rollback was observed by another pilot. Captain elected to reject the takeoff. We were able to taxi clear of runway. The checklist was run and we elected to return to the gate for deplaning.
