Narrative:
Atx X was climbing out on departure off ral out of 2200'. Mlt Y was on standard departure off of march air base and came into riverside sector's airspace. I believe 1000' was maintained, however I believe mlt Y entered riverside's airspace. Riverside and march are only about 8 mi apart. Due to mlt Y's speed, he was in riverside airspace quickly. Plus he's down low and they will not turn fast.
