Narrative:
Small aircraft X was vectored for climb and was out of 5200' climbing to 6000' on a 130 degree heading. Mlt Y departed march air base on standard departure. Swung wide over into my airspace climbing out of 5000'. I believe the aircraft came within 3 mi of each other but am not certain. I am certain the military departure infringed on the boundary of our airspace.
