Narrative:
Landing 22R made a good landing on center line; airplane drifted to the right. I applied a little left rudder to correct it; the airplane made a hard left turn. I applied a right rudder and airplane was unresponsive to correction. The airplane continued a hard left turn and was in a sideways skid. We continued off the runway onto the grass where the airplane straightened out. The airplane rolled another twenty yards and struck the delta taxiway sign. The landing gear collapsed; causing prop strike. I think the rudder pedal stuck in the left position. We will have the airplane rebuilt; and also rebuild nose wheel assembly; where I think the problem occurred.
