Narrative:
During climb a loud bang was heard and aircraft yawed to left. Up to this point performance and indications normal. After bang left ignition, engine overtemp, and oil pressure lights illuminated. Determined left engine had failed. Engine failure in flight checklist accomplished. Single engine landing checklist and normal checklists completed. Landing uneventful.
