Narrative:
Departed sea runway 34L with clearance to fly mountain 2 departure which contains a 550'/NM to 4000' climb requirement. Prior to takeoff, captain and I discussed departure and determined we had insufficient information to know if we could make the climb restriction. Using normal published company climb profile we were unable to comply and advised ATC during climb out. Supplemental information from acn 156464. The old airplane was so sluggish that we passed through 4000' MSL at about 9 DME.
