Narrative:
I removed my plane from the hangar and preflted exterior. I started the engine and immediately wanted to turn the plane 45 degrees to depart the hangar area. I depressed right rudder and broke pedal to turn the plane and got no response. I then tried to stop the forward movement of plane but was unable before plane struck side of left front of my automobile.
