Narrative:

Search for a friend's lost dog in wooded mountainous terrain. Ground search could not locate dog. Friend called to fly him over area. I was talking to hln tower giving position reports approximately every 5 mins. I was in the area about 20-25 mins flying circles around his house approximately 1-3 mi radius. At no time did I descend below 500' AGL. I had a report that a citizen reported me for low flying. I will raise my minimum altitude up in the future, to make sure there is no question about low flying.

Narrative: SEARCH FOR A FRIEND'S LOST DOG IN WOODED MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN. GND SEARCH COULD NOT LOCATE DOG. FRIEND CALLED TO FLY HIM OVER AREA.
