Narrative:
While I aircraft X was on final approach; tower cleared aircraft Y to take off runway 6R. Tower then advised me that an aircraft would be departing 6R in front of me and I acknowledged I had sight of the aircraft. Aircraft Y was holding short of runway 33 on taxiway B; aircraft Y then took off on runway 33 narrowly missing operations vehicle that was on runway 6L. ATIS stated runway 6 was in use and this the common hold short line when runway 6R is in use. The tower controller did an amazing job quickly alerting the ops vehicle to stop before the two collided.

Narrative: While I Aircraft X was on final approach; Tower cleared Aircraft Y to take off Runway 6R. Tower then advised me that an aircraft would be departing 6R in front of me and I acknowledged I had sight of the aircraft.
