Narrative:
Airline does not have extended over water capable aircraft. Since start of muha/hav operations we would send aircraft via the ENTRY2 arrival passing through maxim waypoint. With explicit instructions to not accept canoa and not to fly west of maxim waypoint. (Beyond 50 NM). Recent policy change requires us to file though the canoa waypoint which is beyond 50 NM thus our aircraft are unable to. Corporate policy changes causing unsafe flight operations.
