Narrative:
Dispatch standards committee brought the violation to my attention. Upon further review, the month of jan/99 duty time was exceeded by working overtime. The month of mar/99 was exceeded by covering additional shifts through swaps. Dispatcher now realizes the oversight and will do all possible to ensure no further violations occur regarding this problem.

Title: AIRLINE DISPATCHER IN VIOLATION OF DUTY TIME LIMITATIONS THROUGH SHIFT TRADES AND OVERTIME.
Narrative: DISPATCH STANDARDS COMMITTEE BROUGHT THE VIOLATION TO MY ATTN. UPON FURTHER REVIEW, THE MONTH OF JAN/99 DUTY TIME WAS EXCEEDED BY WORKING OVERTIME.
