Narrative:

I flew aircraft XXX on flight from ord to swf. The WX upon arrival was clear skies, 10 mi visibility and calm winds. While being vectored for a visibility approach to runway 9 at swf, I recall hearing a light aircraft request an approach to runway 34. Shortly thereafter a heavy mlt also called on the frequency. The light aircraft was advised of a brief delay due to the arrival of the civilian airliner and the military jet. Although cleared for a visibility approach, I was effectively flying the published ILS procedure to runway 9. During the landing rollout, I noticed a red and white small aircraft at an altitude of approximately 50', just off the approach end of runway 27. He was in a climbing, right-hand turn to the north. My initial thought was that he was executing a low approach to runway 34, but just then the tower called and said that he was not talking to the small aircraft and asked if the aircraft registration #south could be idented. At this point he was at least 5000' away and rapidly increasing the distance, so identify was not possible. Although not substantiated by any facts, in my opinion the small aircraft had attempted a landing at swf thinking it was the dutchess county airport which is located 10 mi northeast and has similar runway pattern. In any event, the more than adequate sep coupled with the other aircraft's prompt evasive maneuver precluded any compromise of safety during this incident.

Title: ACR ON LNDG ROLL SIGHTS SMA APCHING OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

Narrative: I FLEW ACFT XXX ON FLT FROM ORD TO SWF. THE WX UPON ARR WAS CLR SKIES, 10 MI VISIBILITY AND CALM WINDS. WHILE BEING VECTORED FOR A VIS APCH TO RWY 9 AT SWF, I RECALL HEARING A LIGHT ACFT REQUEST AN APCH TO RWY 34. SHORTLY THEREAFTER A HVY MLT ALSO CALLED ON THE FREQ. THE LIGHT ACFT WAS ADVISED OF A BRIEF DELAY DUE TO THE ARR OF THE CIVILIAN AIRLINER AND THE MIL JET. ALTHOUGH CLRED FOR A VIS APCH, I WAS EFFECTIVELY FLYING THE PUBLISHED ILS PROC TO RWY 9. DURING THE LNDG ROLLOUT, I NOTICED A RED AND WHITE SMA AT AN ALT OF APPROX 50', JUST OFF THE APCH END OF RWY 27. HE WAS IN A CLBING, RIGHT-HAND TURN TO THE N. MY INITIAL THOUGHT WAS THAT HE WAS EXECUTING A LOW APCH TO RWY 34, BUT JUST THEN THE TWR CALLED AND SAID THAT HE WAS NOT TALKING TO THE SMA AND ASKED IF THE ACFT REGISTRATION #S COULD BE IDENTED. AT THIS POINT HE WAS AT LEAST 5000' AWAY AND RAPIDLY INCREASING THE DISTANCE, SO IDENT WAS NOT POSSIBLE. ALTHOUGH NOT SUBSTANTIATED BY ANY FACTS, IN MY OPINION THE SMA HAD ATTEMPTED A LNDG AT SWF THINKING IT WAS THE DUTCHESS COUNTY ARPT WHICH IS LOCATED 10 MI NE AND HAS SIMILAR RWY PATTERN. IN ANY EVENT, THE MORE THAN ADEQUATE SEP COUPLED WITH THE OTHER ACFT'S PROMPT EVASIVE MANEUVER PRECLUDED ANY COMPROMISE OF SAFETY DURING THIS INCIDENT.
