Narrative:
Landing at cun was normal. Approximately 2000-3000' into rollout we noticed indications of a flat tire. Runway was cleared and aircraft brought to a stop. Maintenance determined that we had 2 shredded tires on the left side. The forward hinge on the landing gear wing door was broken, also. It was speculated that the broken hinge allowed the wing door to contact the outboard tire. On takeoff with the gear still down the crew had noticed an abrupt rolling motion. On final the PF had to apply a large amount of crab for the reported calm winds. Both conditions might be attributed to the broken hinge allowing the wing door to act as a speed brake.
