Narrative:
Circuit breaker out, caused takeoff warning to sound in takeoff roll. The circuit breaker being out was unknown to the crew because it was caused by shoulder harness release while at the gate. Recommend circuit breaker protection for the cbs behind the pilot's seats. Supplemental information from acn 161801, recommend clear flexible circuit breaker protection for cbs behind the pilot's seat. This is the second time this has happened to me on this type medium large transport.
