Narrative:

I was working D57/D58 while mco was below minimums. R58 was split off and I slid over and worked R57. R58 was holding and the supervisor and the controller was bickering on how to control the sector. I had there inbound to jax at this time with two departures off of dab with a slow one off first and a jet off second both should be, by letter of agreement vectored under my jax arrs. The dab departure I have to coordination with R58 which the controller at this time is relieved by the supervisor because of the disagreement. I descended air carrier X to which I thought to FL220 on top of atx Y at FL210. Air carrier X left FL218 and I questioned the jet and climb him back to FL220.
