Narrative:
We were cleared to position and hold on runway 21. A G/a aircraft passed over the intersection of runway 16 and runway 21 as it takeoff on runway 16 and another GA aircraft passed through our departure path northbound on a right downwind for runway 16. We were, immediately thereafter, given takeoff clearance. We were not notified of any other conflicting traffic. At approximately 1000' tower called traffic to our left, an small aircraft. We saw a low wing small aircraft Y at about 10:30 position and approximately 500 to 300' above us. It took about 10 seconds for the aircraft to pass overhead. The tower either didn't know of the traffic or forgot to call it for us in a timely manner.

Title: SMT DEPARTING A NON RADAR ARPT GIVEN TRAFFIC AND SEES AN SMA PASS OVERHEAD IN CLOSE PROX.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO POS AND HOLD ON RWY 21. A G/A ACFT PASSED OVER THE INTXN OF RWY 16 AND RWY 21 AS IT TKOF ON RWY 16 AND ANOTHER GA ACFT PASSED THROUGH OUR DEP PATH NBND ON A RIGHT DOWNWIND FOR RWY 16. WE WERE, IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER, GIVEN TKOF CLRNC. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF ANY OTHER CONFLICTING TFC. AT APPROX 1000' TWR CALLED TFC TO OUR LEFT, AN SMA. WE SAW A LOW WING SMA Y AT ABOUT 10:30 POS AND APPROX 500 TO 300' ABOVE US. IT TOOK ABOUT 10 SECS FOR THE ACFT TO PASS OVERHEAD. THE TWR EITHER DIDN'T KNOW OF THE TFC OR FORGOT TO CALL IT FOR US IN A TIMELY MANNER.
