Narrative:
Rdm ILS notamed out of service and control zone was reported VFR. Small transport requested ILS approach and was vectored for intercept and subsequently executed the ILS. One hour later during relief briefing it was noticed that the ILS was OTS.

Title: ARTCC CTLR CLEARED ACR SMT FOR ILS APCH TO ARPT WHILE ILS WAS NOTAMED OUT OF SERVICE.
Narrative: RDM ILS NOTAMED OUT OF SVC AND CTL ZONE WAS RPTED VFR. SMT REQUESTED ILS APCH AND WAS VECTORED FOR INTERCEPT AND SUBSEQUENTLY EXECUTED THE ILS. ONE HR LATER DURING RELIEF BRIEFING IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE ILS WAS OTS.
