Narrative:
I was preparing for a flight from bwi to teb. I picked up ATIS information. I advised clearance delivery of my intentions. After speaking with ground I was told to taxi to runway 33R. I did so. I was told to squawk XXXX, maintain 2000' and departure frequency would be 119.7. I was cleared for takeoff on runway 33R, and either on the takeoff roll or climb out I was issued a vector by tower to turn right to a heading of 060 degrees. I complied and acknowledged the vector. After a few mins I was still waiting to hear from tower for a new vector or to contact departure. When I thought too much time had elapsed, I called tower to ask if I should go to departure. He said yes. I contacted departure and said, 'departure small aircraft X with you 2000 060 on the heading.' the departure came back with, 'you are in martin's airspace.' I replied with, 'I am just flying the last vector. I request immediate vectors to clear the area.' departure began vectoring me. I don't know if I did violate martin's airspace, or R4001A and R4001B.

Title: SMA X FAILED TO CHANGE TO DEP CTL FREQ. ENTERED R4001A WOC. PLT DEVIATION.
Narrative: I WAS PREPARING FOR A FLT FROM BWI TO TEB. I PICKED UP ATIS INFO. I ADVISED CLRNC DELIVERY OF MY INTENTIONS. AFTER SPEAKING WITH GND I WAS TOLD TO TAXI TO RWY 33R. I DID SO. I WAS TOLD TO SQUAWK XXXX, MAINTAIN 2000' AND DEP FREQ WOULD BE 119.7. I WAS CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 33R, AND EITHER ON THE TKOF ROLL OR CLBOUT I WAS ISSUED A VECTOR BY TWR TO TURN RIGHT TO A HDG OF 060 DEGS. I COMPLIED AND ACKNOWLEDGED THE VECTOR. AFTER A FEW MINS I WAS STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM TWR FOR A NEW VECTOR OR TO CONTACT DEP. WHEN I THOUGHT TOO MUCH TIME HAD ELAPSED, I CALLED TWR TO ASK IF I SHOULD GO TO DEP. HE SAID YES. I CONTACTED DEP AND SAID, 'DEP SMA X WITH YOU 2000 060 ON THE HDG.' THE DEP CAME BACK WITH, 'YOU ARE IN MARTIN'S AIRSPACE.' I REPLIED WITH, 'I AM JUST FLYING THE LAST VECTOR. I REQUEST IMMEDIATE VECTORS TO CLR THE AREA.' DEP BEGAN VECTORING ME. I DON'T KNOW IF I DID VIOLATE MARTIN'S AIRSPACE, OR R4001A AND R4001B.
