Narrative:
I was cleared for RNAV runway 05 approach into X60 flying direct jibuv as the IAF. Jacksonville approach advised on an incoming traffic so requested that I maintain 3;000 ft. Saw the traffic passing below my plane coming from the opposite way. Arriving at hupor (if); the controller cleared me to descend and continue my instrument approach and to change to the CTAF frequency which I did; announcing my position. Next thing I know is that I have the traffic below me at approximately 150 ft. Aligned on final to runway 05 at the same airport. Took evasive action.
