Narrative:
My aircraft was in initial stages of boarding at jfk ramp when aircraft behind struck tail of my aircraft with his wing tip. Passenger were deplaned and damage inspected. Company and operations personnel were properly notified. Apparently, despite several wing walkers, the captain behind me didn't have sufficient clearance to miss the tail section of my aircraft. Damage to aircraft #1 was substantial (torn skin, bent metal, etc). Aircraft #2 had scrape marks on wing tip and a broken fairing on the left aileron. Both aircraft were inspected by a local certified mechanic. Aircraft #2 was certified safe for maintenance ferry and a ferry permit transmitted by the company. I then was directed to ferry aircraft #2 to the company maintenance base. I have since heard and read that neither aircraft should have been ferried until inspected by the local FAA district office or NTSB.

Title: WING TIP STRIKES THE TAIL OF ANOTHER ACFT ON TAXI-OUT FROM RAMP WITH WING WALKERS GUIDANCE.
Narrative: MY ACFT WAS IN INITIAL STAGES OF BOARDING AT JFK RAMP WHEN ACFT BEHIND STRUCK TAIL OF MY ACFT WITH HIS WING TIP. PAX WERE DEPLANED AND DAMAGE INSPECTED. COMPANY AND OPS PERSONNEL WERE PROPERLY NOTIFIED. APPARENTLY, DESPITE SEVERAL WING WALKERS, THE CAPT BEHIND ME DIDN'T HAVE SUFFICIENT CLRNC TO MISS THE TAIL SECTION OF MY ACFT. DAMAGE TO ACFT #1 WAS SUBSTANTIAL (TORN SKIN, BENT METAL, ETC). ACFT #2 HAD SCRAPE MARKS ON WING TIP AND A BROKEN FAIRING ON THE LEFT AILERON. BOTH ACFT WERE INSPECTED BY A LCL CERTIFIED MECH. ACFT #2 WAS CERTIFIED SAFE FOR MAINT FERRY AND A FERRY PERMIT XMITTED BY THE COMPANY. I THEN WAS DIRECTED TO FERRY ACFT #2 TO THE COMPANY MAINT BASE. I HAVE SINCE HEARD AND READ THAT NEITHER ACFT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FERRIED UNTIL INSPECTED BY THE LCL FAA DISTRICT OFFICE OR NTSB.
