Narrative:
The aircraft was landed at pit west/O a technical landing clearance. After ground control was contacted, the aircraft was taxied contrary to given instructions. The following details summarize the event leading to the incident: the captain was the PF. The GPWS system in the aircraft faulted while on our final approach. The GPWS gave continuous and erroneous oral commands to 'pull up!,' 'terrain,' and 'G/south.' the aircraft was properly configured for the landing phase of flight. The aircraft was on target airspeed and on G/D the GPWS would not reset to normal when the GPWS test/reset button was activated.
