Inaccessible dg [dangerous goods] was put on board and paperwork was not included with dg manifest. The crew is unable to know this unless we are advised by company. Ramp agent and dg agent made a mistake. Dg must do a more comprehensive job of letting crew know what is loaded in the airplane.

Title: B767 Captain and Dispatcher were notified by Ramp Agent of loading Dangerous Goods procedural documentation errors resulting in lack of Dispatch and flight crew notification.
