Narrative:
I was working a combined arrival/departure position in mke TRACON with approximately 7-8 aircraft on frequency, 5-6 arrival, 2/3 departure aircraft. Subject aircraft was departed on a 150 degree heading for mdw and xferred to departure control. I received the aircraft on departure and radar contact and maintain 4000'. This was standard procedure with mke and ord north sat position according to LOA between facs. I returned my attention to vectoring the other approach aircraft onto the localizer. The west arrival controller and myself were alternating our turn-ONS to localizer as he had an equal number 5-6 aircraft to be turned on. We were encountering some difficulty on intercept turn-ONS, particularly from west side as we were encountering approximately 45-50 KT west winds, at altitude. Some of west aircraft were blowing through the localizer causing east approach aircraft to widen out and be revectored. During this period my attention was concentrated on localizer north of airport I glanced down and noticed the mdw departure had or was about to encroach on chi center kubbi sector airspace to southeast of mke. I immediately turned a cft to southeast heading and shipped to chi-ord north sat. I learned later that evening that the aircraft had in fact transgressed chi center's airspace.

Title: ACFT ENTERED ADJACENT FAC'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT PROPER COORD.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING A COMBINED ARR/DEP POS IN MKE TRACON WITH APPROX 7-8 ACFT ON FREQ, 5-6 ARR, 2/3 DEP ACFT. SUBJECT ACFT WAS DEPARTED ON A 150 DEG HDG FOR MDW AND XFERRED TO DEP CTL. I RECEIVED THE ACFT ON DEP AND RADAR CONTACT AND MAINTAIN 4000'. THIS WAS STANDARD PROC WITH MKE AND ORD N SAT POS ACCORDING TO LOA BTWN FACS. I RETURNED MY ATTN TO VECTORING THE OTHER APCH ACFT ONTO THE LOC. THE W ARR CTLR AND MYSELF WERE ALTERNATING OUR TURN-ONS TO LOC AS HE HAD AN EQUAL NUMBER 5-6 ACFT TO BE TURNED ON. WE WERE ENCOUNTERING SOME DIFFICULTY ON INTERCEPT TURN-ONS, PARTICULARLY FROM W SIDE AS WE WERE ENCOUNTERING APPROX 45-50 KT W WINDS, AT ALT. SOME OF W ACFT WERE BLOWING THROUGH THE LOC CAUSING E APCH ACFT TO WIDEN OUT AND BE REVECTORED. DURING THIS PERIOD MY ATTN WAS CONCENTRATED ON LOC N OF ARPT I GLANCED DOWN AND NOTICED THE MDW DEP HAD OR WAS ABOUT TO ENCROACH ON CHI CTR KUBBI SECTOR AIRSPACE TO SE OF MKE. I IMMEDIATELY TURNED A CFT TO SE HDG AND SHIPPED TO CHI-ORD N SAT. I LEARNED LATER THAT EVENING THAT THE ACFT HAD IN FACT TRANSGRESSED CHI CTR'S AIRSPACE.
