Narrative:

Landing runway 24L at day, visibility reported as 1/2 mi (RVR 24R was 0). Braking action reported as fair to poor. Made flaps 40 degree landing and cleared runway 24L. Captain turned right on parallel believing he had cleared at G. In fact, he had cleared at D. I questioned his turn and he replied he knew where he was. He proceeded to taxi onto runway 36 (visibility was 0 on the ground). He then turned left on B and we informed ground of our position. Runway 18-36 was not in use.
