Narrative:

This is a story of many events occurring all at once. We were departing runway 1L at ccr. 32L & right were the runways being used. Due to our takeoff weight, 32R was too short. We advised ground control we needed 1L. Tower put us into position and hold. They advised an small aircraft Y helicopter who was doing training on 1L to stay to the south of 1L. We were cleared for takeoff and tower advised us of traffic on the lda 19R at 1500' and traffic 10 mi northwest. We were taking off right toward those targets. I brought the power up and suddenly saw an small aircraft Y helicopter shadow fly overhead. He crossed the runway right to left 50' over us. Tower then told the helicopter of his mistake. Now with that incursion over, I realized I would have to climb fast to go over the 1500' traffic that was on the lda 19R. Continued takeoff roll and pitched up to pass over the incoming traffic. Now, with this high deck angle our forward visibility was poor. At about 1500' the captain banked the aircraft right to avoid the small aircraft Z that moments before had reported 10 mi. He was now 2 mi from the airport. He was at 1500' pattern altitude for jets. He veered to the right and nosed over to avoid hitting us. We then proceeded to have a normal trip. I think a lot of incursions were occurring very close together. It might be wise for ccr tower not to allow lda 19R approachs when runways 1 or 32 are being used for the just described reasons. We also have to be alert when taking off runway 1L at ccr. Got to keep your vigilance at all times.

Title: LTT ON TKOF RWY 1L SAW SHADOW OF SMA Y PASS OVER ACFT AS TKOF STARTED. THE LTT MADE TURN TO AVOID INBOUND TRAFFIC AND HAD NMAC.

Narrative: THIS IS A STORY OF MANY EVENTS OCCURRING ALL AT ONCE. WE WERE DEPARTING RWY 1L AT CCR. 32L & R WERE THE RWYS BEING USED. DUE TO OUR TKOF WT, 32R WAS TOO SHORT. WE ADVISED GND CTL WE NEEDED 1L. TWR PUT US INTO POS AND HOLD. THEY ADVISED AN SMA Y HELI WHO WAS DOING TRNING ON 1L TO STAY TO THE S OF 1L. WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF AND TWR ADVISED US OF TFC ON THE LDA 19R AT 1500' AND TFC 10 MI NW. WE WERE TAKING OFF RIGHT TOWARD THOSE TARGETS. I BROUGHT THE PWR UP AND SUDDENLY SAW AN SMA Y HELI SHADOW FLY OVERHEAD. HE CROSSED THE RWY RIGHT TO LEFT 50' OVER US. TWR THEN TOLD THE HELI OF HIS MISTAKE. NOW WITH THAT INCURSION OVER, I REALIZED I WOULD HAVE TO CLB FAST TO GO OVER THE 1500' TFC THAT WAS ON THE LDA 19R. CONTINUED TKOF ROLL AND PITCHED UP TO PASS OVER THE INCOMING TFC. NOW, WITH THIS HIGH DECK ANGLE OUR FORWARD VISIBILITY WAS POOR. AT ABOUT 1500' THE CAPT BANKED THE ACFT RIGHT TO AVOID THE SMA Z THAT MOMENTS BEFORE HAD RPTED 10 MI. HE WAS NOW 2 MI FROM THE ARPT. HE WAS AT 1500' PATTERN ALT FOR JETS. HE VEERED TO THE RIGHT AND NOSED OVER TO AVOID HITTING US. WE THEN PROCEEDED TO HAVE A NORMAL TRIP. I THINK A LOT OF INCURSIONS WERE OCCURRING VERY CLOSE TOGETHER. IT MIGHT BE WISE FOR CCR TWR NOT TO ALLOW LDA 19R APCHS WHEN RWYS 1 OR 32 ARE BEING USED FOR THE JUST DESCRIBED REASONS. WE ALSO HAVE TO BE ALERT WHEN TAKING OFF RWY 1L AT CCR. GOT TO KEEP YOUR VIGILANCE AT ALL TIMES.
