Narrative:
While pulling out onto the runway, we were told to use noise abatement procedure, so we rushed through the charts looking for that procedure to no avail. During that time, we were also cleared for takeoff, and the controller told us to turn to a heading of 310 degrees for noise abatement. After takeoff, we immediately turned to a heading of 310 degrees and the controller came on the radio informing us we had turned too early for that procedure. After we turned to that heading, he told us nothing about changing course and handed us over to departure control. To this time we have been unable to locate any chart referencing this procedure. Callback conversation with abq tower procedure specialist revealed the following: at the present time, the noise abatement procedure is published by airport management and circulated to the local FBO's. However, in approximately 2 weeks, they advised it would be published on the SID's.

Title: CGA REPORTER WAS ISSUED A NOISE ABATEMENT DEP WHILE TAXIING OUT. REPORTER COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING PUBLISHED ON IT.
Narrative: WHILE PULLING OUT ONTO THE RWY, WE WERE TOLD TO USE NOISE ABATEMENT PROC, SO WE RUSHED THROUGH THE CHARTS LOOKING FOR THAT PROC TO NO AVAIL. DURING THAT TIME, WE WERE ALSO CLRED FOR TKOF, AND THE CTLR TOLD US TO TURN TO A HDG OF 310 DEGS FOR NOISE ABATEMENT. AFTER TKOF, WE IMMEDIATELY TURNED TO A HDG OF 310 DEGS AND THE CTLR CAME ON THE RADIO INFORMING US WE HAD TURNED TOO EARLY FOR THAT PROC. AFTER WE TURNED TO THAT HDG, HE TOLD US NOTHING ABOUT CHANGING COURSE AND HANDED US OVER TO DEP CTL. TO THIS TIME WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY CHART REFERENCING THIS PROC. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH ABQ TWR PROC SPECIALIST REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: AT THE PRESENT TIME, THE NOISE ABATEMENT PROC IS PUBLISHED BY ARPT MGMNT AND CIRCULATED TO THE LCL FBO'S. HOWEVER, IN APPROX 2 WKS, THEY ADVISED IT WOULD BE PUBLISHED ON THE SID'S.
