Narrative:
During pushback; we experienced an intermittent; loud and clear radio station broadcast over the push crews headset. We had to repeat our communications several times due to the loud interference. The push operator stated that this has been a problem for 'several years' and nothing has been done to solve the problem. Communicating an emergency situation with the push crew could prove to be difficult and time consuming.
