Narrative:

Flight from den-ewr on nyc approach control 132.70. We were cleared for ILS runway 22L at ewr. On landing roll I noticed we were still tuned to approach control 132.70. I switched to ewr tower 118.3 and we were told to exit via taxiway B and hold short of runway 22R. Tower nor ground questioned the incident. End of event! We had 2 jump seat riders in the cockpit, which added some distraction since they did not observe the sterile cockpit procedures. We also had several loud RA's from the TCAS system during the approach and landing phase, which added additional distraction. Approach control never or we never received the call for us to switch over to ewr tower.
