Narrative:
Flight taxiing into gate at pit, just prior to making left turn into gate. Aircraft was on and following yellow taxi line. Line of baggage tugs was parked off to the right behind yellow taxi edge line. First officer and I both saw the tugs behind the line and thought we were clear. As the aircraft began left turn into gate, nose on yellow lead-in line, right wing tip struck baggage tug. Tugs were parked too far out along taxiway.
