Narrative:

We were cleared to runway 35R via D1 ramp and Z txwys. The captain did not hear 'ramp' and taxied via D1 D3 and Z. Part of D is runway 7-25 at den. (On a previous trip, the captain had been directed to taxi the D1 D3 and Z route onto 7-25 by the ground control.) I was not able to stop the aircraft in time to avoid the runway. No other aircraft was using the runway at the time. Perhaps the 'D' labels should be removed from the runway portions of taxiway D.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO RWY 35R VIA D1 RAMP AND Z TXWYS. THE CAPT DID NOT HEAR 'RAMP' AND TAXIED VIA D1 D3 AND Z. PART OF D IS RWY 7-25 AT DEN.
