Narrative:
We were cleared to runway 35R via D1 ramp and Z txwys. The captain did not hear 'ramp' and taxied via D1 D3 and Z. Part of D is runway 7-25 at den. (On a previous trip, the captain had been directed to taxi the D1 D3 and Z route onto 7-25 by the ground control.) I was not able to stop the aircraft in time to avoid the runway. No other aircraft was using the runway at the time. Perhaps the 'D' labels should be removed from the runway portions of taxiway D.

Title: ACR MLG RWY TRANSGRESSION TAXIING OUT AT DEN.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO RWY 35R VIA D1 RAMP AND Z TXWYS. THE CAPT DID NOT HEAR 'RAMP' AND TAXIED VIA D1 D3 AND Z. PART OF D IS RWY 7-25 AT DEN. (ON A PREVIOUS TRIP, THE CAPT HAD BEEN DIRECTED TO TAXI THE D1 D3 AND Z RTE ONTO 7-25 BY THE GND CTL.) I WAS NOT ABLE TO STOP THE ACFT IN TIME TO AVOID THE RWY. NO OTHER ACFT WAS USING THE RWY AT THE TIME. PERHAPS THE 'D' LABELS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE RWY PORTIONS OF TXWY D.
