Narrative:
Received bwi ATIS information on blue angles airspace over annapolis. I was well outside it when I called bwi approach for clearance through TCA to airport 2w2. Approach advised me I was in restr airspace and gave me a vector of 060 degrees to clear the area. I was cleared on course about 2 mins later and cleared into the TCA. I understand a certain amount of ambiguity will exist between radar and geographic positions. In this case I really doubt there could have been that much difference, and feel the controller was employing 'scare tactics' to intimidate me. I verified my position and the wording of the NOTAM with FSS after landing to confirm that I was well clear of the notamed area. And, by the way, although the FSS specialist giving me my briefing before the flight may not have concluded that my route of flight would take me near annapolis, he probably should have included the NOTAM. My stated route was gai-miv-ged-gai. The ged-gai leg passed directly over annapolis.

Title: UNAUTH PENETRATION OF AIRSPACE.
Narrative: RECEIVED BWI ATIS INFO ON BLUE ANGLES AIRSPACE OVER ANNAPOLIS. I WAS WELL OUTSIDE IT WHEN I CALLED BWI APCH FOR CLRNC THROUGH TCA TO ARPT 2W2. APCH ADVISED ME I WAS IN RESTR AIRSPACE AND GAVE ME A VECTOR OF 060 DEGS TO CLR THE AREA. I WAS CLRED ON COURSE ABOUT 2 MINS LATER AND CLRED INTO THE TCA. I UNDERSTAND A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF AMBIGUITY WILL EXIST BTWN RADAR AND GEOGRAPHIC POSITIONS. IN THIS CASE I REALLY DOUBT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN THAT MUCH DIFFERENCE, AND FEEL THE CTLR WAS EMPLOYING 'SCARE TACTICS' TO INTIMIDATE ME. I VERIFIED MY POS AND THE WORDING OF THE NOTAM WITH FSS AFTER LNDG TO CONFIRM THAT I WAS WELL CLR OF THE NOTAMED AREA. AND, BY THE WAY, ALTHOUGH THE FSS SPECIALIST GIVING ME MY BRIEFING BEFORE THE FLT MAY NOT HAVE CONCLUDED THAT MY RTE OF FLT WOULD TAKE ME NEAR ANNAPOLIS, HE PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED THE NOTAM. MY STATED RTE WAS GAI-MIV-GED-GAI. THE GED-GAI LEG PASSED DIRECTLY OVER ANNAPOLIS.
