Narrative:
An anomaly in the company's computer dispatch system resulted in an incorrect/different flight plan being generated to the flight crew than was specified on the release. A software change is being developed to prevent recurrence.

Title: INCORRECT FLT PLAN PROVIDED TO FLT CREW. DID NOT AGREE WITH DISPATCH RELEASE MESSAGE.
Narrative: AN ANOMALY IN THE COMPANY'S COMPUTER DISPATCH SYS RESULTED IN AN INCORRECT/DIFFERENT FLT PLAN BEING GENERATED TO THE FLT CREW THAN WAS SPECIFIED ON THE RELEASE. A SOFTWARE CHANGE IS BEING DEVELOPED TO PREVENT RECURRENCE.
