Narrative:
Descended on burki arrival to dca with clearance to cross druzz intersection at 15000'. We were 12-15 west of druzz at 19000', descending. We received ATC VFR traffic, 12 O'clock, 16500', and we did not receive the distance. We had no visibility on the VFR traffic and a few seconds later we received a TCAS traffic advisory, followed by an RA to reduce descent rate. When we completed, we advised ATC and he issued a clearance to level at 17000'. We did this. Seconds later TCAS reported clear traffic. Then cleared to 15000'.
